Rules of Play
Yorkton Lions Club – 50/50 Raffle # RR24-0423
- The prize draw for the 50/50 raffle will be drawn at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, January 1st, 2025, at the Entrance Booth, Yorkton City Campground (320 York Rd. W., Yorkton)
- (i) Yorkton Lions Members, their immediate families and all involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are allowed to purchase tickets.
(ii) Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.
(iii) There are 10,000 for sale – 1 for $20 and 5 for $50.
(v) The value of the prize is 50% of the money received from the sale of tickets. The possible prize value is $50,000.
(v) One winning ticket will be drawn from the drum by an independent City of Yorkton Official and supervised by representatives of the accounting firm Baker Tilley (Yorkton).
(vi) a. The Ticket purchasers do not have to be present to win.
b. There are no early bird prizes.
c. Only sold tickets will be entered into the draw drum.
d. There will be only one (1) winning ticket.
e. The Winning ticket purchaser will be contacted by telephone immediately after the draw. If for whatever reason the telephone is not connected then a registered letter will be sent.
f. If the prize is unclaimed for a period of one (1) year from the date of the draw the prize shall be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.
