REGISTRATION FORM

    CONVENTION REGISTRATION DETAILS

    • All inclusive (includes Friday Hall of Fame dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, Governor’s Gala; Sunday morning brunch, and all entertainment) – Friday, October 29 to Sunday, October 31
    • Friday only (includes Friday Hall of Fame dinner and entertainment) – Friday, October 29
    • Saturday only (includes breakfast, lunch, Governor’s Gala and leadership speakers and entertainment) - Saturday, October 30 (a Lions Extravaganza that will blow your socks off)
    • Special Club Incentive: For every 10 Club registrations received for Full or Saturday Only registrations (including Lion, Spouse or Partner) your club will receive 2 free registrations (i.e., 10 from your club - 12 can attend; 20 from your club - 24 can attend)
    • When convention registrations total 700 registrations all attendees will receive a VIL (Very Important Lion) fantastic special gift

    NOTE: Refund of registration is possible until October 15, 2021 by request in writing to yorktonlions@sasktel.net.
    Refunds will NOT be given after October 16, 2021.
